WBC World's Best Espresso

Forgiving and delicious

Really good. Hadn’t had it for a while and obviously it changed a bit as all coffees do year from year as they are affected by weather rain heat variations like wine is so it took me a minute to dial it in but I had a bunch of different espressos pulled with different shot profiles along they way and they all produced different flavors and textures… most shots were really really good even though I was missing some of the recipe parameters on a lot of the shots

But it certainly is outstanding and consistent, and one of my go-to espresso blends for years!

Excellent coffee

I’m using a flare 58 this was not too difficult to dial-in. Very tasty really good Crema for me. It’s kind of on a lighter, more mellow espresso.I like this coffee a lot.
