Easy to use, worked perfectly!

I'm surprised by the mixed reviews of this product as it works perfectly. The design works as a funnel as well as a way to seal the foil tops onto the capsule. I recommend filling the capsule with a similar coffee roast (dark or light) and adding the same weight as the coffee originally in the capsule. I also find that an x-acto blade is perfect for removing the original foil cover. Also match the grind. Good luck!
