Large Flat Top Hex Base #3

Generally my preferred base for some IWM minis. It's a little lighter and also matches the CGL plastic bases. Some of the older minis are designed for the other variety, so this doesn't always work for every one.

Perfect for mounting metal minis that don’t have integrated bases without having to fill the depression in the older style hex bases.

Generally my go-to for bases for IWM minis. Some of the older models will stand pretty high on top of this because it's not recessed, so I still use some of the older hex bases. These are great for newer IWM sculpts that don't have the base plate built into the feet or things like Battle Armour and vehicles. The only complaint I have about the bases themselves is that there's usually a mould line around the sides that I need to clean up before priming. Virtually invisible after painting though.
