ILLUMINATE - Eye and Lip Treatment Serum

The eye cream was a little too tacky for me.

Hydrating, even though it’s a tad tacky- A little goes a long way!! Only need a dab and wow does it make your under eyes glow and instantly look better and appear more hydrated :)
