I honestly bought the Summer Spicy Set first for the olive oil, second for the honey and third for the salsa matcha. I have plenty of jars of "chile crisp" or some variation. The salsa macha was my favorite and I am about to order a couple more bottles so I don't have to go without. It is delicious and unlike any other chile crisp I have tried.
