Pinup Halter Top in Black Velvet

I love velvet! This top gives the illusion of glamour. However, I really like how you can dress up or down. Will be buying more of these tops in different colors.

I really wanted to like this and was so happy to support local but the stitching started to come undone on the ruched part (back) after the first time I wore it. Quality doesn't reflect price. I thought I'd get multiple wears out of this at least
