The item itself has been a big hit, my ragdoll loves it and has taken to using it as her bed as well as a scratcher. It did take much longer to arrive than expected due to coming from China, which wasn't clear on the seller's website. Also it arrived a bit crushed and smelled a bit damp. As it was cardboard I decided it wasn't worth trying to return it, but I wouldn't order again as it's just a drop shipper by the looks of things and I can probably get the same items dispatched from closer to home that will not take several weeks and be returnable if they are damaged or not as described.
