Item took a month to arrive. No communication from seller regarding shipping delays or anything until I sent a message requesting a refund. Then I received a response saying I could not receive a refund because my item was shipped. I got a shipping notification 2 days after I sent my email asking for a refund. Poor customer service, wont purchase from this site again.
