I have been finding it hard to keep motivated with going to the gym for over a year.
I also struggle with choosing what to eat everyday and find shopping and cooking quite overwhelming because of my ADHD making it hard to make choices.
I have just started using the planner and I am on day 3 but I feel like it will be a great tool to help me keep motivated and keep on track.
