Disappointed to say the least! This requires you to pay for additional apps to use this product. It says money back if not satisfied. I have tried with multiple emails to get a refund and no one has gotten back with me on this.

Does not give detailed/video information on how to use for microsoft. Not as easy as shown on ad

Not enough help to understand how to use it....definitely not as easy as the ad shows, very frustrating
