Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum with Bagless Self Emptying Station

Do not purchas this. I had it 5 months and it stopped pairing with the internet. I was initially kust trying to get it fixed but no one could help me. They then sent me to warranty and i had to provide a letter where affirm paid it off. Well you cant do that unless u pay the loan off and they will refuse to help you. I am trying to get my money back so that i can go buy a shark.

Robot constantly errors with “ please remove main brush and take out cleaning tool”. The brush is clear and no hair is even on the unit. Robot errors after two minutes of operation and is effectively unusable. Sending back to Eureka. Great concept if it functioned properly.

I absolutely love my new robot vacuum! So much better than I thought it would be!
