Easy and quick to put on

I like the look, but my initial order of 2pcs doesn't scamp securely to my tube chassis. I have torqued them honestly beyond what seems reasonable, and they still rotate on the tubecwith minimal applied force. They also have some lateral flex. I dont hate them, but they don't seem to do the one thing I assumed they'd do, which is securely clamp to my chassis. I'm considering taking a scotchbrite disc to the flats and removing 010" to see if that let's it clamp better.
