This pattern is difficult to do

I ordered the kit without the video, I’m pretty good at reading patterns, didn’t think I needed it. When I got to attaching the handles the pattern was not clear and was not working for me. The kit said I could get the video if I emailed and I tried but it did not work. I added the handles with the help from a video on YouTube, not the way the pattern intended. I was frustrated and thought I’ll never buy your items again. Eventually I figured it out without help from your site and I love my finished bag. Feeling not so sure about your kits but love the way my bag turned out.
