Purple POP

Mattes are great, the shimmers are pretty but might crease

The dark purple matte is my favourite. It's pigmented, bright and easy to blend. It's quite powdery which seems to be typical for Glossgods mattes. I don't care about powderiness because powdery formulas tend to be easier to blend. As long as you use a light hand it's fine. The other mattes I haven't tried yet. Do notice that the palest purple matte is very light. For me it would be a matte inner corner highlight. The shimmers are pretty. They're typical Glossgods squishy formula which can be prone to creasing if you have hooded eyes. The shimmers are sparkly and somewhat chunky and it's easier to pick them up on your finger than a brush. The middle duochrome shifts from aqua blue to lavender. The purple shimmer on the side is not as duochromatic but it does have a slight golden shift. I think the palette is very well worth the money at least if you snatch it on sale.
