3 stars because customer service is pretty responsive. It’s not exactly as portrayed in the photos. I paid the price of an authentic item, but what I received is a knockoff. It doesn’t even have Karol G’s name on it 😭. On top of that, pieces from the inside of the pineapple keep falling into my water. Pretty disappointed with the quality compared to what was advertised.

Worst purchase ever. Is not the original product, the packeage was all broken and when I try to send it back they told me they only were going to give me the 20% of the money back!!! Do not buy on this store!!!!!
