I really like this red carbon fiber with the black engrave the contrast is amazing and the carbon fiber effect is really cool. This stuff engraves beautifully with sharp lines and crisp edges. Highly recommend

Quality good looking leatherette, easy to use as well

I am new to laser engraving and purchased an Xtool S1 40w. It is my first laser so I bought a bunch off products off amazon to try it out on. It was OK but I wanted something that stood out a little more and looked higher quality than the standard leather hat patch. I used the Red Carbon Fiber / Black ( along with 5 other colors) and just the free Xtool software. I had to cut this to get it to fit in the machine and I noticed that it was thicker and felt heavier than the stuff I had used previously. I tried a couple settings and after my third attempt (15% power, 180mms air assist on 1) the patch came out perfect. The same settings worked perfectly for the other colors I got as well. I used a hat press to apply the patches and it looks very professional. I don't plan on selling my stuff, this was just to make gifts and hats for my staff at my full time job. With how well it turned out I may have to get a side hustle going. I will stick with Lonestar from now on, the products are worth the money.
