The quality of the mug is amazing and we are definitely happy with the product. All the extra care, details and small gifts with the parcel were incredible touches that you can only get with a small business. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was not gentle with the parcel, but thankfully, there was plenty of bubble wrap and packaging to keep the item safe. Thank you!
