Spitfire is a tough build.

I found it difficult to build the wings. They just were not stable until the top layer of the wing was added. Plus, the landing gear does not seem to want to lock to let it stand. I give it four stars instead of three because the finished product still might be the coolest looking block set I’ve ever built. The stand isn’t very good either so I’ll almost certainly get a better one at some time.

This kit is on par with quality and looks fantastic, good instructions and comes with a pilot and ground crew minifigs

Not Bad

I have built many legos, and a few of these building block sets. You can’t beat the price, and overall , the kit is well made, no Lego though! The instructions can be confusing, as the pictures do not do the assembly process justice! The bricks sometimes will not stay attached. The stickers could are not of great quality, and can take away from the model’s appearance. You get what you pay for! General Jim’s offers great service for a reasonable price!
