Apple Crumble Shortbread

After years as First Class cabin crew, I’ve developed a bit of a weakness for anything that delivers proper comfort and a touch of luxury. Sawley’s Apple Crumble Shortbread does exactly that. The buttery biscuit has a lovely crumbly texture, while the apple is sweet and fruity with just enough warming spice to remind you of a homemade crumble straight from the oven. It’s comforting, nostalgic and incredibly moreish without ever becoming too rich. This is exactly the sort of treat I’d have loved to sneak onto the First Class menu. The only disappointment? Unlike an aircraft trolley, the biscuit tin doesn’t keep coming back for another pass!

It taste exactly like the apple crumble. My Nan used to make and she passed 25 years ago so it brought back a lot of lovely memories

Arrived on time in perfect condition. Prettily packaged. Good value for money......fantastic taste just as described. Would make delightfully differant present for any sort of occasion.
