it's full of sugar and additives. Not for me hard to cancel or receive a refund of your satisfied. They just keep trying to discount it. They ask you to cancel it yourself online. Customer service has taken a back seat to automation. They are just order takers not customer service. It's emails or text. Always apologizing but never actually assist in what you are asking help with. 👎

Package arrived completely torn open. I emailed the problem with photos and have heard nothing. I have no idea if the product is any good or not because I refuse to put it in my body. Open package equals possible corruption. It’s been more than a week since I contacted omni through email.

I know OMNI’s creatine is a high-quality product. However, the container I received arrived with the creatine completely clumped together, which was very disappointing. Since creatine should be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from moisture, I believe the company should review its storage, shipping, and packaging practices to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the brand, and I will be looking for a different brand for my next purchase.
