Nice Hat
Bailey sent the wrong size from what I ordered. After a long wait for delivery, the hat I received was incorrectly tagged versus the size tag on the band inside the hat. I emailed and was met with a weak response. Send it back and we won't charge the restocking fee is what was communicated. Wow! Bailey's error and that's the way to make it better. Overall, weak customer service. It's a nice hat, but I didn't get to use it. I gave it away. I'd recommend this hat. Hope you get what you order.
