The installation was great. It doesn't come with enough lead cord to install the controller inside of the Reflection in a convenient location. Which is it's only major downside so far. So, it had to be in the storage area until I can modify the length to be usable inside. That was disappointing but, not a game changer. As for function, it is working well. Once you get used to the delay in hot water on startup, it stays consistent for as long as you need it. Will buy again for my other Reflection when its tank goes out, and will modify the controller line to be usable in higher end models to make up for the engineer's design flaw.

Ordered sunday had it tuesday. Super fast shipping. We will see how it holds up. Ill review again after a few months of useage.

Amazing! I instslled a full size bahtub and this water heater makes my baths as hot as i need foe as long as i need.
