I haven't had much luck with this item, I find that they don't stay stuck for very long, so constantly having to rearrange them after half an hour or so. Maybe I've just not got the hang of it, the multiple times I've tried these but they also don't give the lift as advertised. I wouldn't recommend and I'm overall disappointed with the product.
