Great supplement, I used with my first and now second baby. A good way to replenish all the vitamins and minerals that go to baby during breastfeeding too.

These haven't ever made me feel sick, I have with food at lunch, I do find i need to drink a lot to stay hydrated after having them though, the smell is less intense than the preconception version, overall absolutely love them!
