I recently visited Impulse for the first time. I needed a couple of cameras cleaned up. I found the staff as very cordial and helpful with questions that I had. What caught me by surprise was that they were able to clean my cameras during my visit, and did an excellent job. I ended my visit with buying a lens for my cameras. All-in-all, I left the store as a very satisfied customer.

I’ve purchased all my new gear from Impulse: Sony a6700 with a Smallrig frame, and three Sony lenses; also accessories and filters: I’ll definitely be giving them more of my business. My most-recent acquisition is the Sony E 1.8/11: Ho-MAN, is this lens sharp!
