Love my Wavwatch
I have had problems sleeping. The first night I used the sleep site I slept uninterrupted 6 hours. I woke up feeling rested for the first time in months. I have my wife using it now. It is the best!.

Absolutely love the WAVwatch. I’ve mostly been using the calming and nervous system support tracks and honestly feel the difference. I’ve been tracking my stress levels with the Oura ring and noticed my stress levels don’t spike as high and I spend more time in the “restored” space than I used to before using the watch. Then the added bonus that it’s a cute watch, there are no apps and no bluetooth connection.
