All I can say is "Wow"! I am so impressed with my recent order of the LOAM 6 pc. Sofa Set and coffee table. Everything came boxed and packaged beautifully. The build was so easy due to the fact that everything is so well labeled and the instructions are so easy to follow. To give you some context, I am a 64 yo female who has never put together anything even remotely close to this and I was able to put together the sofa, coffee table and 2 rockers by myself on my small patio! I just wish everything was that easy! The furniture is so well-built and the cushions are so plush and thick. Customer Service was responsive to any questions I had. They were a pleasure to work with and their products are definitely 5+ star. I wish every company followed Reedstead's lead!
