I have no problem with the products, they are excellent.
My dislike is with the billing system. When ordering to try the product I did not realise it involved a recurring payment which I'm not allowed to cancel until three payments have been taken. This us a very underhand way of doing business and for this reason I shall never buy any Genie clean products again. I emailed my concern but with no response.
If Genie clean sold on the quality of product it would be a winner, but forcing customers to repeat orders with no way of cancelling until three payments are taken is, to my mind, underhand and disrespectful.
