Black Garlic Chili Crisp

This is delicious. The spice level is perfect and the crunch is heavenly. My favorite use so far is on a triscuit with a slice of cheese. My elevated simple snack.

I’m a little biased as chili crisp is one of my favorite condiments, and everyone else seems to need to make it with some sort of seed oil. This stuff is so good, I regret only buying one jar. I blew through the entire thing in a week (I’m heavy handed with it, but it’s so good it’s hard not to be). It’s absolutely fantastic on protein, with salad, veggies, you name it.
