Scotch Bonnet Mustard - hot sauce

Fantastic Mustard with the Perfect Kick! Double Take Scotch Bonnet Mustard has quickly become one of my favorite condiments. It delivers a great balance of tangy mustard flavor and spicy heat. The Scotch bonnet peppers add a bold kick that keeps you coming back for more. I've been putting it on everything—pizza, sandwiches, tuna salad, and eggs. It's especially amazing on an Egg McMuffin, where the tangy mustard and spicy heat take it to a whole new level. The flavor is unique, versatile, and much more interesting than ordinary mustard. I have long been a fan of the scotch bonnet pepper -- hot and flavorful. The pairing here with mustard is perfect and results in a very spicy and delicious hot sauce. I mix it with Bleu Cheese dressing to kick up my salads.

This has replace mustard for me. It's hot but not overly hot. I love this stuff so much. I'm beyond happy I found it.
