I have an optic guard on a 508T and 509T. Both fit excellent and to me are just an added protection measure to an already robust optic. I have no trouble manipulating the optic controls with the optic guard attached and should I ever need to replace the guard, they are extremely inexpensive. I have already mentioned optic guard to friends and family and can definitely see additional purchases in the future.

It fits perfectly and doesn’t interfere with using my safariland duty holster. I’d definetly pick one up.
