I absolutely love this bag! It’s the perfect size to use as a cooler bag! I can fill it with ice and drinks and there’s absolutely no leakage and it keeps everything nice and cold! I get lots of compliments on the cute sardine print and look so cute when visiting friends with it!

Worst custumer service

I did not receive the right style of lunch bag. On the return procédure, they want to charge me 15$ for the exchange. In Québec, it’ a not legal to charge amour when the compagne did’t deliver want they sell you in the selling contract. I write several time to the consumer service and more than 3 weeks later, nobody respond to me yet. I am so frustrated. I love the product. It was not my first purchase, but it’s was my last.
