Use it every day twice a day. Wife could not even touch my feet to put socks on without feeling like burning lava. Now she applies it with no problem, I think it works great.

It smells nice! The texture is creamy not greasy like some other magnesium lotion! I felt a little heat but not sure. I applied it on after I'd shower as it stated but I know I felt something on my legs and feet.
