Dream California Coast Workshop!

I just returned home from a California Coast workshop with Jennifer and David and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. This was my second workshop with David and Jennifer (I went to Yellowstone in 2023). I love participating in their workshops for several reasons. They have a very calm demeanor that I appreciate and they are both so knowledgeable about the area we are photographing. They spend a lot of time before the workshop starts scouting locations to make sure we get an opportunity to shoot a variety of subjects both large and small. The afternoon processing sessions are incredibly helpful. David’s Rehtink Toolkit editing in LR is a game changer for sure and I can't wait to process some of my images using it soon! We were able to capture everything from 15 foot waves crashing on the rocks to colorful sunsets to rock formations and anemones. It truly was an experience I will remember forever. I highly recommend their workshops for anyone looking to photograph an area with experts who know it well and improve their editing skills!

Great Photography Workshop Experience

Attending my first photography workshop with David Kingham and Jennifer Renwick, owners of Exploring Exposure, was truly a transformative experience. Their expertise, thoughtful instruction, and supportive teaching style helped me grow both technically and creatively. Every part of the workshop was inspiring and impactful, from photographing the beautiful Monterey and Carmel coastline, exploring composition, editing in Lightroom Classic, to David and Jennifer's thoughtful critiques of our images. This experience changed the way I see and approach my photography. I'm incredibly grateful to David and Jennifer and look forward to joining Exploring Exposure workshops in the future.
