This is super helpful. Although I did notice an error under maternity (pregnancy assessment 1) where it talks about presumptive, probable, and postive sings of pregancy. Under the positive signs for pregnancy the tite says “presumptive signs” this might confuse others when studying for exams or the nclex. Otherwise very informative book!!
