I cannot express how disappointed i am with this entire buying experience. To my surprise the special wooden case was cracked and the hinges were bent. This was the first disappointment since at checkout i paid the extra "ShipAid Delivery Gaurantee" where they stated extra care in shipping and delivery would be added. Everything in the box seemed to be thrown in haphazardly, all the items were wrapped in bubble wrap individually but were not secure in the box. I assembled the lighsaber and it seemed to be working properly. I did notice that the sound from the speaker seemed to be weak and making alot of static. After the charge things started to get real bad. The battery now sits loose and will cut out. I have contacted support and they want to charge me money for a replacement of the wooden case and the core. They claim that since it worked day one that that is evidence that enough that i miss handled the product and must have broken it.

PROS: - Build quality on the Kestis Saber is good. - Running the saber is easy with the provided directions. - Packaging was solid, and the wooden box is a nice touch! - The proffie system is really nice for customization, but as a first time saber buyer I wish I would’ve got this as a standard neopixel. CONS: - First off the shipping took about a month even though this was advertised under their “US Stock” section. - It took an email to support to get a tracking ID for my package, but I put that blame on the SHOP app because that issue apparently happens a lot. - The frills on the end of the V1/Fallen Order handle were completely rusted, however there was no rust anywhere else on the saber. - The “free mystery saber” that comes with this bundle was a cheaper saber than their bare bones basic RGB sabers. I don’t think this kind of saber is even on their website. I understand its a gift saber at random, but the one I got is pretty low quality compared to what they advertise.
