PLT-1 Plant Sensor

Love it, but could use some improvements.

I mostly love the sensor, But have two little quips. One: it should come with, or offer as an option, a waterproof case. Two: the HA integration needs serious work if you’re going to run off battery. There are workarounds for the issues, but it’d be nice if the process were smoother.

Fantastic little addition

I love this plant sensor, there are a ton of useful datapoints I can use and track for my plants. Easily one of the best IoT devices I’ve purchased.

Works great, need waterproofing

It works great, produces metrics accurately and helpfully, however, for a product that's meant to be placed inside of a potted plant, which is watered regularly, a product that dies when it gets wet is a bit unfortunate. A somewhat more waterproofed case (or even 3d files to print my own) would have been greatly appreciated.
