⸻ I had a very disappointing experience with Ibrahim Al Qurashi. Their website clearly states one thing about returns, but when I tried to return my item, they refused without a valid explanation. This is misleading and feels dishonest. On top of that, their customer service is a complete waste of time. Slow responses, no real solutions, and no accountability. Instead of helping, they just repeat policies without actually addressing the issue. I expected a premium experience based on their branding, but the reality is far from it. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and terrible support. I would not recommend buying from them unless you’re 100% sure you won’t need any support or returns.
