Oil leaking when received

When I contacted customer service all they could say that we are not responsible for damage in shipping. However, the damage was due to bad packaging. The glass bottles (lavender oil and calendula oil) were loosely placed in a big corrugated box with no bubble wrap or individual packaging. Disappointing.
