Light and lemony
The Lemon Mediterranean is one of my new favorite lentil cups. The lemon and herb flavors in this cup really compliment each other. Although this is not one of the low sodium offerings, the sodium level is really not too high. I will definitely purchase again.

A great Flavor
I have to say, I was not sure what the Lemon Mediterranean cup would taste like but after trying it, I am so happy I did. So delicious, light and refreshing. Fills me up and keeps me going without feeling heavy or tired after lunch. Tastes of Garlic, lemon, basil, oregano and Fennel, just like you would think from the Mediterranean.

Love the lemon
This is my favorite Lentiful flavor! The lemon adds some citrusy, acidy flavor that makes it sing...I also add a spoon of ghee to all of the flavors, it makes it deliciously buttery and more creamy.
