This is a general review about my order and interactions with Hancock House staff and recently ordering numerous books on Sasquatch. Just wanted to express how positive my experience was. Spoke directly to the lady who processed my order ( sorry I don’t recall your name) but she was super friendly and very efficient. I received my order of numerous books in about 3 days from date of purchase. Fast and efficient. Each book was carefully wrapped and overall order was double boxed to ensure the books arrived in pristine condition. Very impressive! 5 stars! Keep up the great work! Cheers, JL
