Sleep And Recovery Tape

I don’t realize I could convert from being a night time mouth breather until these strips. I notice when I use them I wake up the next day feeling more rested and do not hit that mid day slump as often.

So far so good. My gf says I haven’t snored since where them lol and I do feel like the quality of sleep has improved so recommend!
