No change in Skin Health

I have not noticed any change in skin health which I was hoping it would effect. I am 71.

Hard to swallow

I think all your products are good. But so many capsules eveyday. I wish you could make a chewable or gummy or liquid.

Great product

Increasing strength when you are 70 is not easy. This product helps me increase strength.
