The hair is definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of all three units I purchased. The hair is extremely dry, sheds quite a bit, and my fingers actually get caught when I run them through it. My stylist could not believe the price for this quality of hair. She knows the amazing quality of hair I normally have. Wanted to try this company because it was a black owned company and loved the colors only to wonder how long will these units last😡 I reached out to the seller to explain the issues I was experiencing with all three units, but unfortunately, I never received a response. That lack of customer service made the experience even more disappointing. The only positive is the color, which looks really good — and honestly, that’s the reason I’m giving it 1 star. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not purchase this hair again.
