Hello I purchased your ice bag and Velcro strap, for knee replacement, from my surgeons practice- it was perfect for first few weeks. Once I started back at Pilates etc, I needed a sleeve that I could pull on post exercises. The gel sleeve is perfect and give immediate all round cooling

This product is fantastic! I’ve yet to try it hot/warm but cold it is brilliant and so effective. It fits perfectly. Stays put and is easy to keep in my freezer. Thank you for creating such a great product
