ISO single tweezer

I purchased two isolation tweezers from this company and unfortunately both arrived defective. The tweezers were difficult to use and caused discomfort and hand pain while working. I reached out to customer service to explain that both tweezers had issues. They responded by sending one replacement, which I appreciated. However, my concern about the second defective tweezer was not addressed, even though I had clearly mentioned it in my original message. I followed up multiple times to try to resolve the issue and communicate with them, as my goal was to handle this directly rather than leave a negative review. Unfortunately, I have not received any response regarding the second defective tweezer. This experience has been disappointing because product quality and customer support are very important, especially for professionals who rely on their tools daily. I hope the company improves both their quality control and communication with customers in the future.
