This has kept me dry with every husky every golden retriever every dog that likes to shake off excessive amounts of water. I wear my smoke underneath. It has a lot of wiggle room. I did add my own back belt to keep it more in place but it’s perfect for what I needed it for.

It rides up to your neck in the front, at least on me and set at various lengths. VERY cute!!

Very cute and sturdy! However I am a smaller build and the straps don’t tighten tight enough for me so it doesn’t wrap around me as well. But I still love it!
