Volume single tweezer - Fiber tip

Holds the lashes, but not all the way. I need to press on it hard for it to get a good grip and make the fans. Its beautiful thoe 🤍

Ive ordered several times from envy lash, spent lots of money and have reached out to customer service twice and never got an answer. My most recent order one tweezer came used and the other does not work at all, doesnt make a proper fan. Im really disappointed in the lack of quality and customer service
