Beginner Summer Fruit Slices

This was my first attempt at cookie decorating with royal icing. I found the videos helpful and easy to follow. I still need a lot of practice, but I had fun.

Great beginner class

I love to bake, but have always been intimidated by working with royal icing. Grace's clear and thorough instructions calmed my fears and made it all so doable. My daughter and I took the class together and had a blast. Highly recommend.
