Damaged on first use - might be faulty

I may just have got a dodgy one but the first time I used this it tore in two places. I wasn’t heavy handed with it - just washed in soapy water, air dried then only cleaned with a lint roller but I noticed it had a tear on the back and another in the front. I have emailed Moyou about this twice over the last couple of weeks but haven’t had any response. It may have just been a faulty one. I do love their plates and polishes and delivery is quick but so far my experience of their customer service has been a bit rubbish (or non existent) sadly. Update: I have since been contacted about this and another issue so I take it back. Love you still Moyou!!

Best clear Jelly Stamper!

I tried a lot of jelly stampers, but this one is by far the very best. It picks up really easy, you don’t need to put preasure on it. I’m buying more!

Good product overall

I like this tool, although I had to do some extensive YouTube research to get the best way to use it. The scapper isn’t very big which means I have to clean it whilst doing my nails which isn’t overly helpful and the gel part of the stamper doesn’t stay in very well. Overall though, the product does the job.
